What we collect

When you send an enquiry or create an account we collect your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, company and billing details, and any requirements or files you share. We record technical data such as IP address and pages visited for security and analytics.

How we use it

To reply to enquiries, deliver purchased services, issue invoices, provide support and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Payments

Card details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page (Razorpay or Stripe) and are never stored on our servers. We receive payment references and status only.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to deliver the work (hosting, email, payment gateways, and platforms you ask us to manage) and with our delivery team at InfoCentroid Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Your choices

You can update your profile in your dashboard and ask us to correct or delete your data, subject to records we must keep for accounting. Contact info@infocentroidx.com.
