Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to services purchased from InfoCentroidX (InfoCentroid AI Labs), operated by InfoCentroid Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., India (“we”, “us”).

1. Packages and scope

Each package page describes the included scope, limits and exclusions. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and only starts after your written or online approval.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in UAE Dirham (AED). Website and app packages are one-time payments. Marketing packages are billed for the period shown (monthly or quarterly) in advance. Advertising budgets for Meta, Google or other platforms are paid by you directly to those platforms. Services are activated only after the payment gateway confirms payment.

3. Your responsibilities

You provide accurate business information, content, brand assets and account access needed for the work, and you confirm you have the rights to the material you supply. Timelines start when the required content and access are received.

4. Renewals

From the second year, website domain (where included), hosting and support renewal is 40% of the original package price per year unless otherwise agreed. Monthly and quarterly services continue only when renewed and paid.

5. Results

Search engines, AI assistants and advertising platforms operate independently. We do not guarantee specific rankings, citations, leads or sales; we guarantee the agreed work and transparent reporting.

6. Ownership

After full payment, deliverables created specifically for you belong to you, excluding third-party software, themes, plugins, fonts and stock assets, which remain under their own licences.
